Late & No Show Policy

Late Policy

Please arrive on time to the start of each program. We cover a lot of information in a relatively short period so arriving late means that many important components of the lesson/project may be missed. It can also be disruptive to other participants. It follows that those who arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to participate in that day's project. Furthermore, those who arrive late to two classes will relinquish their remaining spots to children on the waitlist.

No-show policy

We understand that things come up, especially when it comes to kids, but in order to give everyone an opportunity to enjoy the program we require a minimum of 48 hours notice (with the exception of illness or other circumstances that may warrant quarantine where 48 hour notice is not possible) so we can fill the vacant spot. Those who fail to provide 48 hours notice prior to an absence, or follow up with Rosie Riveters concerning an unexpected absence due to the circumstances outlined above, from the program will relinquish their remaining spots to children on the waitlist.

Late Pick-Up Policy

In the event that we are unable to contact a parent or emergency contact within one hour of the scheduled pick-up time, it is our policy to notify local police for the safety and well-being of your child.
